Introduction:
ZXXDF-1J2100 battery tester,It is specially designed for battery packs (24V, 48V, 110V, 220V) for verification discharge test, battery pack residual capacity test, daily battery maintenance and verification of DC power load capacity. According to the discharge characteristics of lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, the tester can monitor the battery voltage, discharge current, discharge duration, discharge capacity and other parameters during the discharge process in real time. The instrument adopts an embedded operating system to automatically complete the entire discharge process and fully realize intelligence. It can generate various curves, column charts, reports, etc. that intuitively reflect the performance of the battery pack, and can be enlarged, queried and printed. Battery performance can be analyzed to make battery pack maintenance and management easier and more scientific, thereby extending the service life of the battery pack. The power consumption components adopt new PTC, which is small in size, light in weight and easy to move. The entire machine is controlled by a microprocessor, with LCD display and Chinese menus. It can be widely used in various industries such as communications, power, towers, battery manufacturers, new energy vehicle companies, railways, subways, petrochemicals, etc. It has the advantages of simplicity of operation and discharge safety, and is an ideal testing tool for DC system operation and maintenance testing.

Features:
1. It has constant current discharge function of the battery pack: the constant current discharge current is continuously adjustable, and the capacity of the battery pack is accurately measured.
2. Width test voltage range: Covering the battery pack discharge test of 10-60V voltage range, with a maximum discharge current of 100A, one machine is used for multiple purposes, and meets battery pack tests of multiple voltage levels (12V/24V/48V).
3. The product discharge uses polymer positive temperature coefficient resistance (Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient) with a high safety factor, which avoids red heat phenomenon, and has stronger environmental adaptability, making the entire discharge test process safer and more stable.
4. The main control board uses the high-performance ARM of imported STMicroelectronics to provide CPUs: stable performance, high frequency and powerful functions. The discharge process adopts a dual CPU redundant design, and the main and secondary CPUs work together to protect the safety and reliability of the test to the greatest extent.
5.7-inch true color touch display: uses a 1024x800 resolution high-definition touch display, which can intuitively display bar charts, tables, curve charts, data reports, help documents, etc. The touch panel adopts a multi-layer composite thin film resistive touch panel, which is especially suitable for electromagnetic interference and transient pulse interference generated by DC battery rooms and high-frequency chargers.
6. It has multiple preset functions for testing templates: There are six commonly used test parameter templates built-in. The template data can be saved when powered off, and the steps of resetting each time you power on and start the test. It can be started with one click, making the test simple and efficient.
7. Viewing historical data curves: You can query the built-in data files in the form of charts and waveform curves, and display the waveform graph in multiple angles, such as zooming in, shrinking, moving left, and moving right.
8. Powerful data storage and backup functions: built-in 16GB data storage space, can store more than 1,000 sets of charging and discharging data, and supports historical data viewing, analysis, deletion and other functions. It is equipped with a 16G USB flash drive, and data analysis and backup management are performed through PC software.
9. It has calibration function: The instrument has voltage and current calibration and correction functions, which can calibrate and correct the measurement error on site to ensure measurement accuracy. This function is especially suitable for use when the instrument readings are consistent with the field instrument.
10. Various discharge test alarm functions can be set: including discharge capacity, discharge duration, single voltage threshold, whole set voltage threshold, etc., and automatic stop charging and discharging after any test conditions are met, as well as multiple test fault alarm displays such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and reverse connection of voltage test terminals.
11. Rich expansion interfaces: The back of the instrument has multi-machine parallel, remote control, USB and other communication interfaces.
12. Equipped with professional computer analysis and management software: it can conduct in-depth analysis of the test data generated by the equipment, single voltage curve, whole set of voltage curve, whole set of current curve, single histogram, real-time data table, and password protection of computer software, experimental conclusions and other functions. It can automatically generate Excel or Word document format reports and print and archive according to needs.
