ZXBP-100 electronic multi-frequency power supply generator
Introduction:
The induction voltage withstand test of transformers and transformers is an important test to ensure that product quality complies with national standards. Features:
The device uses power electronics technology, and the internal core part uses a frequency converter. Parameter preset, protection settings, frequency selection, voltage regulation control, etc., all use digital control technology. Built-in computer, 7-inch color LCD display, and data storage can reach 200 sets.
Adopt touch operation.
The test frequency of 50Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz, and 200Hz can be preset (optional), and the voltage can be adjusted by touch (step length can be adjusted in real time, select 1V, 2V, 5V, 10V), which can realize the multi-frequency test voltage output of this device.
External LC filtering circuit ensures that the waveform distortion rate is within the index range. The external compensation inductor with tap is used to compensate the capacitance current of the subject equipment and improve the load capacity of the device. Since the traditional three-phase five-column triple frequency generator is abandoned, the following advantages are brought:
1. Small size, light weight, easy to carry and easy to increase power.
2. It not only generates triple frequency, but also produces test voltage outputs of 1, 2, 3, and 4 frequencies.
3. The operation and wiring are simple, and the requirements for on-site test power supply capacity have been greatly reduced.
